We were engaged by a talent solutions consultancy with its headquarters in London and regional offices across the UK. This consultancy differentiates itself from its competition by holding events on industry issues with a philosophy of giving its clients the opportunity to leverage its extensive network and share industry knowledge.
Recognising that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was a major source of concern for their client base, our client was keen to find a partner who could create materials with a strong focus on what practical steps needed to be taken for businesses to satisfy their obligations under the GDPR.
We worked with the client to develop a series of 2-hour breakfast seminars which were held across the Midlands. We produced presentation materials to cover off key information about the GDPR; developed a set of scenarios for delegates to work through and learn from and a take-away “GDPR Jargon Buster” booklet. We had excellent feedback, including "Really informative and liked the scenarios as it helped to share knowledge across the group" and "Today was very informative and the facilitator made a hard and confusing topic interesting".
Once we had agreed a brief for the seminars with the client, we took care of writing and presenting all materials. This allowed our client to focus their time on building closer relationships with their own clients.
